The Solo Creators AI Studio is a membership you can cancel anytime from your Skool billing panel. On top of that, every new membership is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee: change your mind for any reason within the first 30 days and we refund your most recent payment. No explanation, screenshot, or call required.

How to request a refund

1. To stop future billing, cancel from your Skool billing panel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
2. To request a refund, reply to your welcome email or submit a request through the contact page.
3. Include the word REFUND and the email address used to join, so the matching membership can be located.

No screenshots are required. No reason needs to be provided.

Processing

Refunds are issued through Skool, our membership platform. Once issued, funds typically appear on the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the issuing bank. We do not control bank-side processing times.

Effect of a refund

• Access to the Studio ends: future drops, live calls, hot-seat sessions, and the private community are deactivated.
• Cancelling and refunding are not the same. If you simply cancel, everything you installed stays yours to keep and use. If you take a refund, then since you've been fully repaid, the skills installed during that membership are no longer licensed for ongoing use.
• A refunded member is welcome to rejoin at the then-current rate at any future time.

What this policy applies to

This guarantee applies to the Solo Creators AI Studio membership. It does not apply to:

• Free downloads and free resources (no payment, no refund needed).
• One-on-one sessions or consulting time that has already been delivered.
• Optional third-party costs the Customer incurs while using the skills (such as AI-provider subscriptions or fal.ai usage). Those are billed by the relevant provider under their own terms.

Chargebacks

A direct refund request is preferred over a chargeback because it is faster for the Customer and avoids dispute fees. Customers experiencing any issue are encouraged to reach out before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks initiated without first requesting a refund may be disputed with documentation of the no-questions policy.

Feedback (optional)

If a refunded member is willing to share why the Studio was not a fit, a one-sentence reply helps inform future drops. This is entirely optional and does not affect the refund.
